To All Parents of Our Lady Queen of Angels CCD Students
It is time once again to register your children for CCD classes for the 2023-2024 school year.
CLICK HERE to view and download the registration form and which we ask you to complete fully and return to the Church office as soon as possible but no later than by July 14, 2023.
Even if you have completed registration forms in the past, it is vital and necessary you do so again and provide all of the information and/or documents that have been requested.
The registration fees applicable to each grade are listed at the top of the form and should accompany your child’s registration application. Children will not be admitted to class without completing the registration, providing documentation requested, and without payment of registration fees.
